Born to Fly is a country song orginally co-written and recorded by country star Sara Evans in 2000. It is also the coronation song and debut single for season 4 Voice USA winner Danielle Bradbery.

Sara Evans versionEdit

Released in June 2000, "Born to Fly" was singer Sara Evans' second number 1 hit single on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart and even peaked at number 34 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song's music video, which uses elements of The Wizard of Oz as its theme, earned Evans a CMA Award for Video of The Year in 2001.

Danielle Bradbery versionEdit

Bradbery chose to sing this song for her final solo performance at the suggestion of her coach Blake Shelton. Wowing the coaches with her rendition of it, the song helped Bradbery secure her victory.

Chart positionEdit

The song did well for Bradbery, becoming her fifth top 10 hit on iTunes as well as peaking at number 20 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, number 24 on the Digital Songs chart, and number 75 on the Billboard Hot 100.

The song has so far sold 68,000 copies to date.
